Picatinny ASMC - 2011 Elected Officers
Michele Andersen, President
Michele began her career here at Picatinny in 1989 as a Secretary. In 2003 she was accepted into the Financial Management Intern Program, of which she graduated. She is currently matrixed to PM Combat Ammunition Systems as the lead analyst for both the Precision Guidance Kit (PGK) and Accelerated Precision Mortars Initiative (APMI) Programs.
Outside of work she is very active with her towns recreational sports programs, fundraising events, and other activities that her children participate in. She also volunteers her time here at Picatinny in support of Multicultural-Employee Day and Armed Forces Day. She has held the positions of President, Vice President and Secretary for ASMC in the past. Michele received her Master’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Charlene Aemisegeo, Vice President
Charlene began her career with BASF, for whom she worked for 18 years. Her experience was in various aspects of Logistics and Accounts Payable. In addition, Charlene held positions in the BASF Employee Activities Association for six years, serving as the Vice President and also as the President. Charlene earned her Associates Degree from Centenary College.
Presently assigned to the Customer Order Control Point (COCP), Charlene works as a Program Analyst, having graduated from the intern program in July of 2006. Charlene has been an active member of the ASMC and Women in Defense (WID) for over two years. She currently chairs the ASMC Community Service Committee and holds the position of WID Vice President of Community Outreach Programs. In 2008, Charlene co-chaired the annual WID Breast Cancer Health Fair and Tricky Tray; she was also involved in WID's Bring Your Child to Work Day program. This year, Charlene will also reprise her role as co-chair for Picatinny's Multicultural and Employee Day Celebration for the second year in a row.
Lynn Reeves, Treasurer
Lynn, Picatinny ASMC's incumbent Treasurer, began her career here in ARDEC in July 2004, as a Program Analyst with ASIC PIO under the supervisor of Janet Natisin; working as an integral part of the ASIC /SED program financial group, supporting SED Director and Competency Managers for more than three years. At present, Lynn works in a Matrix support position working for Martin Kane in the Joint Light Weight PM managing funding and varies aspects of the M119 Howitzer.
In 2004 Lynn accepted the position of Chairperson for the Combined Federal Campaign at Picatinny, bringing in the highest recorded donations on record; better than the previous 7 years. She also served as the acting Secretary for her community, 7 years running, and has been a member of numerous other committees. Lynn has also recently joined the Organizational Climate Committee under the direction of Dr. Lannon, is a current member of Picatinny’s Women In Defense (WID) Chapter, the NDIA, and, of course, Picatinny’s ASMC Chapter.
Lynn received her BS degree in Nutrition from Montclair State University, and Certification as a Customer Service Representative from Rock Hurst University.
Anna Hopler, Secretary
I began my career with the federal government in 1987 in the clerical and administrative field. I am currently a Program Analyst with Financial Management, assigned to the Customer Order Control Point (COCP), Financial Management Office. Since being employed at Picatinny, I have held the positions of Clerk Typist, Secretary, Program Assistant and Program Analyst in ARDEC. I have been a member of ASMC for seven years . I held the position of Vice President for the Picatinny Chapter and was responsible for the Membership Committee.
